Rooted in Toronto. Dedicated to Craft.
Tri-Lop Interior is a family-owned design and build firm serving the Greater Toronto Area. We bring a legacy of meticulous craftsmanship and unwavering integrity to every home we transform.
The Story Behind the Spaces
Founded by Stefano Lopardo alongside his brothers, Tri-Lop Interior was born from a deep-seated passion for structural integrity and refined aesthetics. Growing up in the GTA, the brothers were immersed in the construction and design world, learning the value of hard work and the importance of a home that stands the test of time.
As a proud sister company to the established UBL Group, Tri-Lop benefits from a vast network of resources and generations of industry expertise. This unique position allows us to offer the personalized touch of a local family business with the robust capabilities of a larger enterprise.
Our philosophy is simple: transparent communication, precise execution, and a relentless pursuit of perfection. We don’t just renovate houses; we craft enduring environments where families thrive.

Uncompromising Craft
We approach every detail with rigorous precision. Utilizing premium materials and refined techniques, our work is designed not just for immediate impact, but for enduring quality.
The Leadership
Three brothers, one crew, and a shared standard for how a renovation should be run.
Umberto Lopardo
The eldest brother. He graduated from Brock in 2019 from the Concurrent Education Primary/Junior program. After graduating from Brock he attended Humber for their Landscape Design program. Umberto’s role at UBL is sales and operations, and he is a lead hand for their crew.
In his spare time, he runs and plays hockey. Umberto ran collegiately for Brock and Humber. On top of any questions about landscaping, he could likely answer your running questions and chat with you about hockey.
Gianmarco Lopardo
The middle brother. He graduated from Queen’s in 2020 with a Life Sciences degree. After graduating from Queen’s, he attended the Buildings and Renovation program at George Brown. Gianmarco’s role at UBL is estimating, business financials, and he is the foreman for their crew.
In his spare time, he enjoys boxing, playing hockey, and playing soccer. Aside from talking about business, you can always ask him questions about many different sports and new tv shows.
Stefano Lopardo
The youngest of the three brothers. He graduated in 2024 with a Civil Engineering degree at McGill University. Stefano’s role is sales, marketing, and operations.
In his spare time, Stefano enjoys being active by exercising and loves playing sports such as hockey. He also enjoys listening to music and spending time with his friends and family.
